PPH Commercial are delighted to report that The Bloc in Anlaby which provides over 13,000 sq ft of new managed office space together with an on site childrens nursery is proving to be a huge success.
The development which was undertaken by clients Allenby Commercial on what once was the former Cattle’s building known as Haltemprice Court has been completely refurbished to provide offices suitable for one person up to approximately 20 people.
The refurbishment has been completed to an exceptional standard with local design company Red Frog Design being involved with the internal decorations and finishes.
The offices are proving hugely popular and they are all let on a fully furnished basis. Ben Cooper who has been handling the lettings on behalf of the landlord commented that ‘over the last couple of weeks we have completed the letting on over 700 sq ft to Intuitive Accounting Ltd and a lease on over 500 sq ft to Floreon Transforming Packaging and a further letting of approximately 250 sq ft to Pester UK. The recent lettings mean that the office complex is now over 60% occupied with strong interest in many of the other remaining suites’.
