From trainee to director – Duncan joined PPH in 1992 and has played a central role in growing the firm’s presence across South Humberside.
1992
Joined PPH from General Accident Property Services (Dee & Atkinson) as a Trainee Surveyor
1993
Established the Scunthorpe office, covering the South Humber region
1999
Gained a 2.1 BSc (Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University
2000
Qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
2000+
Following the acquisition of DDM Commercial’s work, opened the Grimsby office at Europarc
Present
RICS Registered Valuer; continues to head up both the Scunthorpe and Grimsby offices
