Fire Safety & Compliance

Fire safety is a legal duty for all commercial property owners. We work with approved contractors and arrange comprehensive fire risk assessments in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 to ensure your building complies with all statutory requirements.


We manage ongoing monitoring and reviews. If any upgrades or remedial works are needed, we coordinate these and ensure landlords maintain a safe environment and meet all their legal obligations.

Managing Asbestos Risk

Asbestos remains a significant compliance concern, especially in buildings constructed before 2000. Under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, property owners have a legal duty to manage asbestos risks by identifying, assessing, and controlling any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) on site.

Hygiene Compliance
