PPH Commercial have confirmed the sale of Humber Enterprise Park, Brough to Citivale Ltd
The sale will be the catalyst for a redevelopment of the Humber Enterprise Park site with a significant capital budget having been identified by Citivale for the refurbishment and redevelopment of 100,000 sq ft of existing office space and over 500,000 sq ft of industrial space. PPH Director Ben Medhurst commented ‘I am delighted to be able to confirm the sale of Humber Enterprise Park, Brough. This is the largest single property transaction in the region for a number of year. Humber Enterprise Park extends to over 90 acres with approx 1.25 million sq ft of office and industrial space. Citivale have some exciting and innovative plans for the site which I am absolutely positive will see the business park develop into one of the prime office and industrial locations within the Hull and East Riding region. BAE Systems (operations) Ltd have confirmed their commitment to Brough by signing leases on the site. There is surplus office and industrial accommodation that Citivale will refurbish and redevelop and put back to the market. These are exciting times for Humber Enterprise Park and we are already dealing a number of large enquiries for the site’.
PPH Commercial have been retained by Citivale to market the vacant office and industrial space.
