Refurbishment Complete

The PPH Facilities Management team have recently delivered on refurbishment of the entrance portico at The Hall, a grade 1 listed building in Beverley.

The scope of works involved installing a new ceramic tiled floor to the exterior of the entrance portico and well as Karndean LVT flooring to the inner lobby. The old plain suspended ceiling was replaced with a feature dropped ceiling incorporating hidden lighting along with a full lighting replacement to LED. In keeping with the contemporary redecoration theme, all fire doors were also replaced with new.

Throughout the scheme, all tenants remained in full occupation and potential disruption was mitigated by selectively undertaking work elements out of working hours and in full involvement with tenants.
