PPH Commercial have recently agreed several lettings in Goole, particularly on the Grange Industrial Estate, which consists of a range of industrial units to the rear of the site, a main showroom fronting the estate, together with two refurbished trade counter units which are prominently positioned next to site entrance with excellent visibility from Rawcliffe Road.
These lettings include approximately 7,000 sq. ft of retail/warehousing space to The Salvation Army, 0.6 Acres of open storage to a local recycling company and over 10,000 sq. ft of light industrial space to independent traders.
Most recently, terms have been agreed with a national retailer who will be taking the second of the two refurbished trade counter units of approximately 5,000 sq. ft, with the front unit remaining available.
Deals have also been agreed on Larsen Trade Park, Goole, on behalf of Aron Capital Estates with EDS HV Group taking approximately 11,500 sq. ft. of industrial space over the past year and Kemira Chemicals recently taking on additional warehousing space, expanding their current facility on New Potter Grange Road by over 9,000 sq. ft.
These lettings are in line with current national statistics, the industrial property market is holding strong. They also reinforce the view that Goole is a very attractive area for established and growing businesses and that the town’s success is showing no signs of slowing down.
