Investment sales completed
PPH Commercial have sold the freehold interests in two warehouse buildings at Howdendyke, in East Yorkshire, on behalf of private clients. Both the Ebuyer and Wren buildings were let on institutional leases to their respective tenants and have been sold to Urban Logistics REIT plc for an undisclosed sum.
Ben Medhurst, Director at PPH who negotiated the sales commented, “It was a pleasure to act for our clients in relation to these two large investment sales. Interest in both properties was very strong with multiple parties expressing interest and bidding. It was a pleasure to work with Sarah Ratcliffe and her team at Gordons, who also acted on behalf of our client. The purchasers were represented by Neil Higson at Wildbrook Commercial Real Estate, their solicitors were Trowers.
The sales confirm that the East Riding of Yorkshire region and particularly these two impressive buildings and their excellent tenants, are attractive to organisations that work on a national level.
