Work is progressing at Unit 5 Driffield Business Park

Work is progressing well on the under-construction Unit 5 Driffield Business Park. The 70,000 sq ft industrial building has been constructed speculatively by Ashcourt Group. Completion is anticipated by the end of this month, with negotiations all but concluded with a manufacturing company who will be occupying the space under a new lease.
