PPH Commercial are delighted to announce that Matthew Tootell has joined the firm as Divisional Director at a newly created York office. Matthew is an experienced chartered surveyor with an unrivalled knowledge of the York and North Yorkshire commercial property market, with expertise in office and industrial agency. PPH will be opening a York office at Independence House, Nether Poppleton in York, to support Matthew.
