The Floral Hall premises consists of a series of purpose-built greenhouses including a central greenhouse with attached hot greenhouse area and separate cool greenhouse at either end. There is a detached single storey brick-built building to the front which was formerly a café and comprises two office areas and a WC.

Externally, the property benefits from enclosed grounds, including mixed paved and grassed/landscaped areas. Historically the Floral Hall has been used as a 100-person capacity wedding venue with planning consent granted in July 2019 which included conversion of part of the existing greenhouse to create a bespoke space to be used as a bridal house. The venue has hosted a range of events from children’s parties to weddings and charity functions and free community activities.
