TONY GRAVEL APPOINTED AS NEW DIRECTOR AT PPH COMMERCIAL IN SCUNTHORPE

Tony Gravel joins the existing PPH team and will oversee all professional work from the Scunthorpe and Grimsby offices, with particular focus on valuation, landlord and tenant work.

Welcoming the appointment, PPH director Ben Medhurst said: “Tony is a property valuation and appraisal specialist and his remit will be to work with the banks and our private clients to ensure that we maintain the highest standards in our professional department in the Scunthorpe and Grimsby offices. He will also act on behalf of private clients on landlord and tenant work and business rate appeals.”

Having studied Urban Land Economics at Sheffield Hallam University, Tony is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and joins PPH from Banks Long & Co, in Lincoln.

The 38-year-old, who is kept busy by his young family away from the office, enjoys golf and tennis when time allows. He will work alongside fellow chartered surveyor Duncan Willey and trainee surveyor Sam Fallowfield.
