The most noteworthy is the Jessops Riverside development in Sheffield, which is currently occupied by Sumo Digital, a major Blue-Chip organisation which specialises in making high-profile computer games.
Having acquired the premises on behalf of a client as part of their ongoing portfolio and asset management strategy, we are also delighted to have been appointed to manage the property.
Saxon Business Park, a multi-occupied office park in Hull, is also now under our management. So too is Meridian House in Scunthorpe, the largest privately-owned building in North Lincolnshire, which recently became home to the local NHS Foundation Trust.
