The steelwork is up

Construction on site at Trade Yard, Falklands Way, Barton Upon Humber is progressing well, the steelwork is up and the new units will be available for occupation around Easter 2024. Units are available from 316 sqm (3,400 sq ft) to 1,263 sqm (13,600 sq ft) approx.’ The development is being carried out by Allenby Commercial.

Duncan Willey Divisional Director, PPH Commercial states that it is encouraging to see steelwork coming out of the ground on this speculative development. At present there are very few new industrial/trade counter units being built locally and once completed the accommodation will provide high quality industrial/trade counter accommodation in a popular/accessible location close to the A15, A63/M62, M180/A180 and Humber Bridge. It is possible to reserve units now ahead of practical completion, a letting has already been agreed with a national trade counter operator.
