Ten years of transformational development have culminated in the opening of the final building to complete the £22 million @TheDock Tech Campus in Hull.
PPH Commercial have acted as letting agents on the scheme since the first building was constructed and have worked closely with developers, Wykeland throughout this time.
The first C4Di building opened in 2015 and in the years that followed three further buildings have cemented the @TheDock Campus as a flourishing tech community. With no other new build offices having been constructed in Hull City Centre for several years, and no other new developments in the pipeline, this represents a rare opportunity for occupiers to lease prime, Grade A, newbuild office space.
The suites available in the building offer flexibility with space being available to lease as a whole at 11,000 sq ft or will split into smaller suites of approximately 2,500 sq ft.
