Success Continues At Gladmans, Manor Court, Scarborough Development

Following on from the recent announcement that Mainprize Offshore have just taken new larger premises at Scarborough Business Park, joint agents PPH Commercial and Iain Simpson & Co are pleased to confirm that two further new lettings have been completed.

Burlington Homecare Limited have taken a new ground floor suite on the office park to expand their services into the Scarborough area.

In addition, Fortus North Limited have taken a new 4,500 sq ft office on the estate. Fortus will be relocating from their current offices on Westborough into the new purpose-built offices.
