PPH Commercial are delighted to confirm that we have recently concluded the sale of 93 Humber Enterprise Park in Brough on behalf of our private client. The property, which comprises a detached office premises totalling 5,563 sq ft (516.8 sq m), formed part of the former BAE site which was acquired by our client in 2014.
 
The property has been purchased by Wastege Waste Management Limited who will be undertaking a full refurbishment of the property and retaining it as an investment.

This sale comes after completion of an extensive refurbishment of the office space within the main Humber Enterprise Park site, with offices ranging from 2,000 – 18,000 sq. ft being available to let.
