Facilities Management and Property Management:
At the Riverside Building, PPH Property Management and Facilities Management team is dedicated to continuous improvement, ensuring a clean and well-managed environment for all tenants. Recent lettings have allowed us to enhance several individual suites, making them more attractive for occupancy.

Suite 3 has undergone a significant transformation. The original partitioning has been removed to create an open-plan office on one side, while new partitioning has been installed to create a range of private offices, meeting rooms, and a brand-new kitchen and staff room. The suite now features LED panel lighting, new carpets, and modern blinds, giving it a contemporary look. The air conditioning system has been adjusted to ensure proper airflow in the open-plan area. The removal of partitioning walls has allowed much more natural light to flood the office.

Suite 7 has undergone an extensive refurbishment, with redecoration as a top priority. Repairs were made to all windowsills. The suite now features new carpets, replaced ceiling tiles, and upgraded LED panel lighting, creating a better working environment for new tenants. Suite 7 boasts its own sky gardens on either side of the suite, which have been thoroughly jet-washed, replanted, and redecorated to ensure weatherproofing. Additionally, a new partitioned wall and door have been installed to divide a corner office into two separate spaces without obstructing natural light into the office.

The Riverside Building has undergone a complete redesign of the reception area, featuring soft furnishings to warmly welcome visitors. High-standard redecoration has been completed, including the atrium in the foyer. Ceiling tiles and lighting have been replaced with energy-efficient LED panels, and the air conditioning systems have been upgraded for better efficiency.


 

New planters have been added both internally and externally around common areas. Parking bays have been remarked, and EV charging points for tenants are being installed, expected to be operational by summer 2025. Additionally, plans are in place to update signage both internally and externally, including parking bays and directory boards across the site.
