Prestigious National Award recognises commitment and hard work
PPH Commercial is thrilled to have been named as ‘The Most Active Agent’ for the ‘retail’ sector in the Yorkshire and Humberside region by Estates Gazette – the most-reliable source of real estate data and market intelligence in the UK.
The hotly-contested award is competed for by all commercial property agents in the country, split on a national and regional basis.
The accolade recognises the agency which completes the highest number of transactions and we were proud to share first place with the American-owned CBRE, the largest commercial real estate services company in the world.
Reflecting on the success, PPH director Tom Penrose believes the prize is testament to the collective achievement of everyone at the company.
Tom Penrose said: “It’s extremely rewarding to be recognised alongside such illustrious company and I believe this award truly reflects all the hard work and effort that is regularly put in by everyone here at PPH Commercial.
“The market we operate in can sometimes be challenging, particularly when compared to companies who have a larger commercial footprint in areas like Sheffield and Leeds, where there is traditionally more volume in terms of industrial and retail transactions.
“Although we don’t come to work to win awards, it is pleasing to see that our industry peers recognise what we’re capable of.
“In my opinion, this performance-led honour proves we are more than capable of punching above our weight. Everyone who helped to play their part in this team success should feel proud of their endeavours.”
PPH Commercial currently handles a wide range of commercial properties in Hull, Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Doncaster – including retails premises, offices, warehouses and industrial units.
We were also thrilled to secure third place in both the ‘Office’ sector and ‘Industrial’ sector, having competed against major national companies like Knight Frank LLP, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, JLL and Christie & Co.
