PRESTIGIOUS ‘DEAL MAKER OF THE YEAR’ AWARD RECOGNISES PPH DIRECTOR’S HARD WORK

Ben Cooper, the divisional director within our Hull office, has been named ‘Deal Maker of the Year’ for the South and East Yorkshire region by Estates Gazette – the most-reliable source of real estate data and market intelligence in the UK.

The hotly-contested award, which is competed for by all commercial property agents in the country, is split on a national and regional basis.

Having completed the highest number of transactions by an individual surveyor to scoop the top industry honour, Ben is delighted to have seen his significant achievement recognised.

He said: “It’s extremely rewarding to receive this award because the market we operate in can sometimes be challenging due to a lack of quality stock being available, particularly in the industrial sector in the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire region.

“In light of this, when properties do come to the market there tends to be strong demand which has enabled me to put deals together which have resulted in great results being achieved for our clients.

“Whilst it’s obviously great to be recognised for this award personally, the whole PPH Commercial team are celebrating after being named the most active agent in the South and East Yorkshire region again having completed more deals than any other commercial agent over the last 12 months”.

PPH Commercial currently handles a wide range of commercial properties – including retails units, offices, warehouses and industrial units.
