PPH Shortlisted

PPH Commercial are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Insider Media Yorkshire Property Industry Awards, for the sale and leaseback of the Ebuyer and Wren warehouses at Howden.  Acting for private clients, PPH’s Ben Medhurst negotiated the transactions with legal advice from Sarah Ratcliffe and her excellent team at Gordons LLP. Neil Higson from Wildbrook CRE, acted for the purchaser, Urban Logistics REIT plc with Trowers & Hamlin providing legal input. Up against sone stiff competition, we will have to wait for the 22^nd Sept for the results to be announced. Fingers crossed.
