PPH complete huge industrial sale

The site included over 650,000 sq ft of former manufacturing space ,but the vendors have retained the office headquarters at the front of the site for continued use.

The complex has been acquired by a property company from the north west who intend to redevelop the site to create new and refurbished accommodation providing much needed industrial space in this central Hull area.

Nick Pearce Director at PPH Commercial who completed the sale commented that “it was great news to be able to agree a sale of this magnitude in these difficult times, but both parties wished to complete a deal quickly and the sale was concluded in a very short time scale”.
