PPH Commercial are delighted to announce the promotion of Daniel Birkinshaw to Senior Surveyor within the property management team.  Daniel recently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and becomes the forth fully qualified member of staff within the department. Daniel joined PPH Commercial in 2006 and soon after commenced a Master’s degree in Property management and Investment.  Establishing himself at the firms Head office in Hessle, Daniel fully deserves the professional recognition after many years of hard work and dedication.

Mike Fry, who heads up PPH’s property management team said ‘It’s a great achievement which is thoroughly deserved. Daniel was committed to achieving his chartered status since he joined PPH with no previous surveying experience and great ambitions for a new career. Daniel is a respected member of the team, he has a great rapport with clients and has been a valuable member of the management department for the last few years through its continued expansion. Daniel is the third member of the team to achieve Chartered status recently, reflecting the success of PPH’s in house training programme. It further enhances our reputation for providing clients with professional and commercial advice when dealing with their property interests. Our team constantly adapts to changing market conditions and applies professional solutions and analysis for clients to enhance and grow their portfolio’s.
