PPH Commercial are pleased to confirm they have been appointed as sole agents on Bridlington Business Park, Bessingby Industrial Estate, Bridlington. The industrial/ office estate which extends to over 130,000 sq ft on 6 acres has recently been acquired by MCR Property Group. Occupation levels on the estate are high however there are several units available for immediate occupation from 4500 sq ft up to 8500 sq ft and in addition MCR Property group are to commence works shortly to bring an additional 25,000 sq ft of space into use which will create a range of units with sizes from 700 sq ft up to 35,000 sq ft.
