Planning submitted for 3 new units

Wykeland Group have submitted a planning application to construct 3 new industrial units at Europarc, Grimsby ranging in size from 15,000 – 20,000 sq ft

A letting has already been agreed upon the 15,000 sq ft unit. The remaining two units of 20,000 sq ft each are available To Let at £145,000 pa each
