Phase 1 Standard Business Park coming soon!

PPH Commercial are delighted to confirm the release of Phase 1 on behalf of Adhan Properties.  The former Ideal Standard site on National Avenue in Hull was acquired by North West property experts, Adhan Group, who are now in the process of refurbishing over 500,000 sq ft of manufacturing and warehouse space, with phase 1 ready for occupation from September and phase 2 by the end of this year.

Positive interest in the site is already good with the first deal having been agreed last week on 30,000 sq ft of industrial space, to a local manufacturing company.  Other interest is now being expressed
