The accommodation which was previously part of the Fletchers transport site has been extensively refurbished by Opus Land, a Leeds property developer and now let to O & H Vehicle Conversions, to supplement their existing site on Larsen Road, Goole.  PPH director Ben Medhurst commented I am delighted to be able to conclude these final lettings at the Opus 36 site at Goole.  The letting represent an expansion of the O & H Operation and I am sure the business will go from strength to strength.
