Office refurbishment now complete at Saxon Business Park

PPH have recently completed  the refurbishment of a vacant 4,200 sq ft 3 story office building in Hessle which is now presented to the market and provides the option for the property to be multi let.

The scope of works involved installing new flooring, ceiling tiles as well as a full  lighting upgrade to LED. Structural and plumbing service alterations were also carried out to provide additional new toilets and kitchens on each floor, as well as the installation of electrical sub metering.  The scheme was finished off with a full redecoration throughout in a more contemporary theme.
