North East Lincolnshire – Largest Letting of 2023

PPH Commercial are delighted to announce the largest industrial letting completed in 2023 in North East Lincolnshire. Acting on behalf of P & O Property Ventures Ltd we have been involved with the refurbishment and marketing of the former Bakkavor/Mariner Foods premises on Athenian Way, Grimsby (53,759 sqft on 2.6 acres). A letting has been completed to Hedges Chilled Distribution Ltd. Duncan Willey Divisional Director PPH Commercial advises that this has been an excellent project, we assisted our client with the acquisition and subsequent refurbishment strategy as prior to which the property had been vacant for a number of years.
