Commercial Property Manager
In order to continue to improve on the service we offer to our clients, we’re looking to recruit an additional experienced commercial Property Manager.
The role is with the Property Management Team in delivering a range of services to clients and landlords.
The role will be full-time office based, Monday – Friday 9am-5:30 pm with a salary of up to £38,000 for an MRICS Qualified Surveyor, with 25 days holiday annually, increasing to 30 days after two years. Strong consideration will also be given to those progressing towards full RICS qualification.
The main duties of the role are as follows:
- Responsible for own property management portfolio
- Preparing and administering service charge budgets and expenditure reporting
- Liaising with clients and other PPH surveyors on Rent Reviews, Lettings, Lease Renewals
- Lease Compliance
- Inspections and reporting
- Working alongside our accounting team with rent and service charge collection
- Working alongside facilities management team on repairs and refurbishment services
Role requirements:
- Full driving licence and own car essential
- Motivated and driven individual who can build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
- MRICS/RICS Accredited degree and prior experience in Commercial Property Management/Landlord and Tenant matters are beneficial.
