NEW 30,000 SQ FT PURPOSE BUILT FACTORY COMPLETED!

A Beverley based Japanese food packaging manufacturer.  Developers Ispace Investments LLP have just completed the 30,000 sq ft design and build industrial and office facility at Ipark for Krehalon, with the build completing within an exacting time frame.  Ben Medhurst, Director at PPH Commercial, who negotiated the transaction on behalf of the client, Ispace Investment, commented ‘I am delighted to announce completion of the new Krehalon factory at Ipark.  Krehalon had an opportunity to consider a number of other locations and I am delighted that they have chosen Ipark where the emphasis on creating a high quality working environment and build quality, together with a central Hull location proved to be the decisive factors in the re-location process.  Simon Dixon and the team at Ispace deserve credit for completely transforming a previously brown field development site into one of the most attractive and sustainable Business Parks within the Hull and East Riding Area’.
