NEW 12 YEAR LEASE FOR OFFICES AT HUMBER ENTERPRISE PARK

London and Portugal based Itim are moving into 2,464 sq ft of ground floor offices at the Buccaneer office suite on Humber Enterprise Park, Brough, relocating from Victoria House in Hull. 

Itim specialises in providing software solutions and services to the retail sector and their customers include Debenhams, The Fragrance Shop and Halfords.  Ben Medhurst, director at PPH Commercial, negotiated the transaction and said “I am delighted to announce that Itim have become the first office occupier at Humber Enterprise Park a growing business community in the Enterprise Zone. 

The office space on the site ranges from 2,000 sq ft to 55,000 sq ft and has been refurbished to a very high standard with some of the lowest rents on comparable properties in the north of England.  The added advantage of the Enterprise Zone status means that there are significant business rate savings to occupiers and other financial incentives are available to tenants on the site.  A number of other transactions are in solicitor’s hands and we hope to make further announcements in the very near future”.
