Major New Office Letting At Gladmans, Manor Court, Scarborough Development  

A major new office letting has been completed on Gladmans, Manor Court, Scarborough Development to Yorkshire Care Group Ltd. The detached building, which occupies a prominent position at the entrance of the office park, has been taken on a long term lease and now puts occupancy on the estate at over 90%.

This letting follows hot on the heels of a letting to Alpha Grafikon, a digital marketing business who have taken a ground floor suite of approximately 1,000 sq ft.

These new lettings, together with other buildings under offer, means that there are now limited opportunities available at Manor Court.
