Letting of Unit 6, Kingston International Business Park

The property was previously occupied by Crestwood UK Limited who have moved into refurbished premises on Marfleet Lane.  New tenants of Unit 6 Kingston International Business Park are a European logistics company Middlegate Europe Ltd based on the Marfleet Environmental Industries Park on Hedon Road. Middlegate require the building as a result of a serious upturn in business.  The building has been adapted for Middlegate’s occupation.
