Letting in Scunthorpe High Street

PPH Commercial have recently concluded the Letting of 86 High Street, Scunthorpe which provides 1,785.14 sq m (19,208 sq ft) of retail accommodation in Scunthorpe town centre.  Acting on behalf of our Landlord client, terms were agreed with Poundstretcher Ltd to open a new store in the area.  Having agreed the transaction, Sam Fallowfield commented ‘Following the uncertainty surrounding the retail sector in recent years it is promising to secure the Letting of a substantial retail premises in Scunthorpe town centre.’
