Following on from the sale of Unit E2 to Southgate Lighting, the letting of Unit D means that for the first time since the site was acquired by Ispace Investments (2007) as a contaminated development site, has seen the refurbishment and construction of over 150,000 sq ft of modern industrial space which has been occupied by a mixture of national and regional organisations which include Rexel Senate, CPD Plc, Edmundsons Electrical, Electrical Depot, Daisley Signage and Goals for Soccer.
