Location: Doncaster based, working throughout South Yorkshire

Our client was established in 1990, initially in Hull, but quickly establishing offices in Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Doncaster. The firm provides commercial property advice and expertise across the Yorkshire and Humber region. 

Due to continued success they are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Surveyor based in their busy Doncaster Office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive expanding four office practice and would suit a graduate or part/newly qualified surveyor.

As a Commercial Surveyor, you will be responsible for the following roles in and around South Yorkshire:

  • Commercial property agency
  • Rent reviews/ lease renewals

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Full driving licence essential
  • Partly/Newly qualified Property Surveyor with commercial property experience or similar
