HUGE JOBS BOOST FOR HULL

The company are locating in Hull for the first time and after a considerable search for offices in the area chose Anchor House at The Maltings, which had been fully refurbished in the last 12 months by a European based property investment company.

The tenants will be taking up occupation very soon within the Maltings and it is anticipated will be creating between 80 and 100 new jobs.

Nick Pearce, director at PPH Commercial, who dealt with the transaction, commented “It is always great news to secure such a big letting, particularly in the city centre, but even more pleasing when it is a pure new inward investor who will be creating jobs in the city at a professional level”.
