Hard work recognised by success in ‘Most Active Agent’ competition

PPH Commercial is thrilled to have displayed its excellence as a commercial property ‘all-rounder’ by excelling in the 2020 EG Most Active Agent competition.

The prestigious awards, split on a regional basis, are compiled by Estates Gazette – the most-reliable source of real estate data and market intelligence in the UK.

Competing against a host of major national and international names, PPH has been named in the top three of the four main categories for the Yorkshire region.

Each category recognises the agency which completed the highest number of transactions in the calendar year.

Reflecting on the success, PPH director Ben Medhurst said: “In what was a very difficult year for commercial property in our region, we’re proud to have showcased our skills as an ‘all-rounder’ and this recognition fully justifies all the efforts of our staff.
