Foundry Bar, Cleethorpes – Now Sold

Acting on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council we have just completed the sale of the former Foundry Bar & Restaurant on Grant Street, Cleethorpes to Amber Tavers by way of a long leasehold interest. The property was formerly the Victoria Hotel, constructed in 1871 and more recently traded as O’ Neills and comprises a substantial landmark building of 8,000 sqft over four floors. Duncan Willey Divisional Director commented that it will be great to see the building refurbished and back in use providing a new hospitality venue in the area. Amber Taverns own/operate 160 pubs throughout the UK.
