This transaction was announced by the new owners of the site and comes in conjunction with the refurbishment of over 60,000 sq ft of office space and over 100,000 sq ft of warehousing space on the site. Ben Medhurst, Director at PPH Commercial, who acts for the owners of the site, commented “the redevelopment of the former BAe site at Brough continues at pace with the Humber Enterprise Park now being formally rebranded and work on the refurbished office and industrial space due to be completed early in the New Year. We are seeing an increased level of enquiries coming through for the accommodation and look forward to welcoming further occupiers on the site, to join Dutch Imports and Daughters in the very near future”.
