DOUBLE DELIGHT AS PPH COMMERCIAL SCOOP TWO PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS FOR SECOND YEAR RUNNING

Estates Gazette – the most-reliable real estate data source in the UK – has named PPH as the ‘Most Active Agent’ in the South and East Yorkshire region.

It proved to be a double celebration after Ben Cooper was also awarded the regional ‘Deal-Maker of the Year’ award for the second consecutive year.

Reflecting on the overall accolade, PPH director Nick Pearce believes it is testament to the efforts of everyone at the company.

“These awards are well recognised in our industry so it’s extremely pleasing to receive this honour,” said Mr Pearce, who helped set-up the business in 1990.

“We’ve got a superb team who work very hard to deliver great results for our clients. I believe this award is a reflection of how well our people have worked collectively during the last year.

“It’s been a very busy and successful 12 months for us as a business and, hopefully, we can replicate those achievements in the year ahead.”

Mr Cooper’s hotly-contested award is one which was competed for by all commercial property agents in the region.

He secured the accolade after completing the highest number of transactions by any individual surveyor in South and East Yorkshire.

Mr Cooper, a divisional director based in Hull, said: “It’s an honour to receive the Dealmaker accolade for the second consecutive year as these awards are recognised as the benchmark for our industry.”
