PPH Commercial have completed the letting of over 23,000 sq ft of industrial space on Borwick drive in Beverley. The new tenant, One Pool and Spa Ltd, manufacture swimming pools and spas, have already moved in and are fitting out the buildings. The property was only put on the market at the start of this year. Ben Medhurst from PPH Commercial commented, ‘The speed of the transaction and the level of interest in the building reflect the strength of the local industrial property market.’
