PPH Commercial have recently agreed a letting of 3 Wednesday Market, Beverley to DKM Retail Ltd. The tenant, trading as Muses Boutique, have recently opened their Mediterranean inspired women’s clothing boutique after having carried out an extensive refurbishment of the property.

This letting comes after several similar recent transactions that PPH have completed in Beverley, indicating that despite current economic conditions, and the uncertainty which has surrounded the retail sector nationally for a number of years, there is still a strong appetite from retailers to be in this ever-popular market town.
