PPH Commercial recently sold the freehold to Kamdar Properties Ltd – an ambitious London-based property developer which is converting the five upper floors of this architectural gem into an initiative befitting its character and charm.

Owner Suraj Kamdar has set a ten-month build schedule for the development to be completed and the apartments should be brought to market in Summer 2020.

On the ground floor, Oscar’s bar is unaffected by the Suffolk House redevelopment and will continue to operate as normal.
