Full Speed Ahead at ipark in Hull

PPH are delighted to announce the letting of Unit B ipark in Hull to Motus Group. The developer and landlord, Ashcourt Group, have worked closely with Motus to build this bespoke 15,000 sq ft premises, on time and within budget on a turnkey design and build package. Motus will rent the building, relocating from their current home on Hedon Road.

Following the successful letting of Unit B, Hull-based Ashcourt Group are now constructing a 25,000 sq ft building next door for an inward investor looking to open in January. Ashcourt have over 30 acres of development land further along Clough Road, where other design and build opportunities exist.
