This project is a great example of our departments working together to deliver real results for a client. The property is managed by our Property Management department, with our Facilities Management team taking on full project management of the refurbishment from start to finish.
What was a tired, dated unit has been completely transformed — new suspended ceilings and LED lighting, fresh wall linings and emulsion throughout, column encasements, levelled floors, air conditioning, a brand new kitchen and a fully accessible disabled WC.
The exterior has also been brought back to life with repainted railings, fascia and soffit.
The result is a bright, modern commercial space ready for its next chapter — and a client who is delighted with the finished works.
