We’re pleased to announce the successful letting of a substantial warehouse and office premises in Barton to Shape Changers, following the recent grant of planning permission for their change of use.
Shape Changers, a well-established and much-loved gym in Barton, are expanding into this larger site as part of their continued growth. Originally based on the Humber Bridge Industrial Estate, their move reflects the impressive development of the business—and we wish Martin and his team every success as they step into their new, larger premises.
This significant transaction for the town of Barton was completed with Duncan Willey, Divisional Director at PPH Commercial, acting on behalf of the Landlord.
