You will work within our Commercial Property Management team while studying towards a BSc (hons) in real Estate/ Property Management through an approved university provider. The programme provides a pathway towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).

We’re looking for motivated, curious, and focused individuals to join our team as Degree Apprentices. You’ll work alongside experienced surveyors, contribute to live projects, and develop the professional skills needed to build a long-term career in the property sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Commercial Property Management Apprentice, you will:

  • Support the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties (office, retail, industrial).
  • Assist with property inspections, lease administration, service charge budgeting, and tenant liaison.
  • Help prepare reports, and financial documents for clients.
  • Work with contractors, facilities teams, and suppliers to ensure buildings run smoothly.
  • Contribute to sustainability, compliance, and asset enhancement projects.
  • Use industry tools, systems, and data to support decision‑making.
  • Study toward a RICS-accredited degree in Real Estate / Property Management while working full‑time.

You don’t need prior property experience—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. We welcome applicants who are:

  • Predicted or achieved A-Levels of BBB or above (or equivalent qualification BTEC, equivalent)
  • Career changers interested in developing new skills and stepping into a professional role.
  • Good communicators with strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn, confident with numbers, and comfortable using technology.
  • Able to work as part of a team and build positive relationships.

Entry Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification (A‑levels, BTEC, or equivalent).
