PPH are delighted to announce the successful letting of 11,000 sq ft of premium office space at Humber Enterprise Park, Brough, to Europa Crown.
Acting on behalf of our client, Citivale, this deal follows closely on the heels of the recent 18,000 sq ft letting to BAE, marking another significant milestone for the business park.
Ben Cooper, who negotiated the deal on behalf of the owner, commented:

Europa Crown have instructed Daniel Kearns from Xenon who will complete a full fit out of the offices, including the creation of meeting rooms, private offices, kitchen facilities and furniture. We look forward to seeing the space once complete in the new year.
With these lettings and other recent transactions, nearly 60,000 sq ft of office space is now occupied at Humber Enterprise Park, creating a thriving business community with excellent transport links and a high-quality working environment.
